Matthew L. Jerles, M.D.

Dr. Jerles earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, followed by his doctorate from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. He completed two years of general surgery at the Emory University School of Medicine before finishing with a residency in otolaryngology – head and neck surgery at Vanderbilt University in 1994. He joined The ENT Center in 1994. Dr. Jerles is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology –­ Head and Surgery. Married with two children, his hobbies include tending to his family’s needs, singing and Tar Heel Basketball.
