I had a very positive experience here. Even though my case was atypical, the staff and doctors worked to meet my needs as best they could. The nurses I interacted with were eager to help and extremely friendly. Very thankful for this practice.

This is a great place to go if you need their services. Scheduling appointments is real easy to do. They work with you on the times you are available. From the time you walk in the door till you walk out to leave everyone is so very nice and polite. I am so glad we found Dr Newman. He is the BEST!! He is there for his patients. He listens to what you have to say then he adds his excellent advice on what to do for your situation. He really cares for you. I can not express that statement enough. He really cares about you. Thank you Dr. Newman you are the BEST!!!

We have been using Dr.Jerels for 22 years now with absolutely amazing results! He has performed surgery on both of my children and I trust him wholeheartedly! He had the best personality and is wonderful with small children!

I have been a patient at the ENT Center and at the Georgia Hearing Institute for longer than I remember — I think I was probably a patient of their predecessor practice. I have always been pleased with both the medical and hearing practices. I am on my third pair of hearing aids having worn-out the first pair and elected to upgrade the second after six years of use.

Dr. Swaney is awesome! She knows what she is doing! If you need help hearing this is the place to go! The staff is awesome as well! I never knew how bad my hearing truly was until Dr Swaney introduced me to my new ears!!

Dr Dawson is thorough and explained everything. The staff was nice and polite and understood the situation my daughter is having and didn’t take it personally if I got upset or started to get emotional. I am so happy we have Dr Dawson on our side to guide us through this ordeal.
