This work starts internally with building a supportive culture for our staff, so in turn we can provide outstanding care for our patients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On Global Company Culture Day, Sept. 18, we\u2019re reflecting on the values we strive to uphold every day at our clinic. We\u2019re dedicated to creating a respectful, collaborative, supportive and communicative environment where physicians, audiologists and patients all treat one another with respect. We celebrate staff birthdays and host employee holiday events. This has led to staff longevity at our practice and has helped establish The ENT Center of Central Georgia within the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Established in 2019, Global Company Culture Day encourages organizations and their leaders to ensure that their company culture facilitates productivity, profitability and the happiness of their employees.
