Allergy symptoms typically involve the airways, sinuses, nasal passages and skin. They can range from mild to severe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Are the\nSymptoms of Anaphylaxis? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Some patients may develop anaphylaxis, a potentially fatal reaction that causes swelling in the throat and breathing difficulties. Symptoms may develop within seconds of exposure and include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul>\n<li>Abdominal pain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dizziness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nausea.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rapid pulse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul>\n<li>Heart palpitations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inflammation of the face and eyes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mental confusion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Anaphylaxis is a medical emergency; without prompt treatment, patients can go into shock or cardiac arrest. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Are the Symptoms of Seasonal Allergies?<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/theentcenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/iStock-518022008_web.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-766\" srcset=\"https:\/\/theentcenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/iStock-518022008_web.jpg 1280w, https:\/\/theentcenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/iStock-518022008_web-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1280px) 100vw, 1280px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Seasonal allergies are among the most common. Often referred to as hay fever, they are the result of molds or pollen from various flowering plants, grasses and trees.
