Michelle Tanner received her medical degree from East Tennessee State University \u2013 Quillen College of Medicine, followed by a general surgery internship at Pennsylvania State University at Hershey, PA and her residency in otolaryngology \u2013 head and neck surgery at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Tanner is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology \u2013\u00ad Head and Surgery.
